Water tanks 1000L STANDARD, ECOline series, are suitable for transporting safe liquids (NON-UN).

Made of HDPE - resistant to cracking and UV radiation. Water tanks reduce storage and transport costs for liquid materials, compared to other types of storage materials.
Easy loading and unloading with forklifts allows to optimise process costs (no specialist equipment is required).

HDPE is durable and resistant plastic which - in case of our IBC water tanks - does not allow let light through and protects anything stored inside from UV radiation. Our IBC accessories are made of this material. HDPE is manufactured by industrial polymerisation of ethene. Initially, this raw material was milk white and wax-like. Today it has become innovative plastic with perfect deformation properties, and may be optimised for any specific requirements by special additions. HDPE we use for our products, remains stable in shape within the temperature range of -40°C to +70°C, and is resistant to most acids, lyes, and chemical substances. 

And some curiosity to make a final point: HDPE has been used commercially since 1957, namely, to insulate cables, pipelines and packaging materials.

Stable pallet with fixed steel frame ensures safety during operation.

Direct visibility of residue by use of top quality polyethylene of special density and filling indicator mark placed on the side of the tank.

Almost 100% emptying of residue saves material and reduces waste.

Moderate size ensures an alternative for a plastic barrel, with all advantages. Size advantageous for any liquid with short expiration period.

Advantageous size with Euro pallet dimensions used as an option between typical IBC 1000 and a barrel.

800L BASIS has reduced height, allowing for optimum use of loading space in maritime containers.
